My very first assignment as a freelancer with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition - and my audition for what I hoped would become a full-time role. I was given stage footage from Jazz at Lincoln Center, along with all the b-roll from the two-day event, with one challenge: create a compelling sizzle reel despite knowing none of the presenters or their key messages.

With 12 hours of on-stage footage, plus hours of b-roll, I had one week to complete the project. Working purely from the energy and emotion I could see on screen, I crafted an inspirational piece that builds momentum through carefully selected soundbites and dynamic audience reactions, creating a sense of community that invites viewers to join the movement.
